HOW TO ENROLL
There are five steps in the admission process:
1. Fill out our response card link (CLICK HERE) or call Kimberly at 760-408-9530. Ms. Kimberly will schedule a phone consultation to get acquainted and answer any questions you may have. We can also schedule a time for a tour.
2. The Interview/Tour We will schedule an appointment for your family and child to visit and tour our home. Ask us as many questions as you like and see our home in person. Allow approximately 45-60 minutes. Tours are done in the late afternoon, early evening or on Saturday. I want to be able to give you my full attention so tours during regular business hours and not scheduled. We recommend visiting several homes/centers so you have a frame of reference and comparison. Ultimately, if you are interested in our program you will receive a registration packet.
3. Complete the application and submit with a $25.00 non refundable application fee. You will be given the Parent Handbook, and a physician's report that must be completed by your child's physician. Please read the Parent's Handbook carefully and complete ALL paperwork. When completed call Ms. Kimberly to schedule dropping off your application.
4. Once your application has been fully processed, we will schedule a time to meet, pay registration fee, sign the contract, and answer any questions.
5. Last but certainly not least, we will schedule your child's first day. Welcome to Tadpoles to Butterflies Preschool and Childcare
